Teen Yoga & Meditation


       Join Kelly Crowe for an hour of pure tranquility. Every session begins with gentle yoga poses to ease the body. Next, the rhythmic breathing mellows your mind. Finally, each session ends with a guided mediatation to bring your mindbody to a state of pure bliss.
