Yoga Flow

"Yoga Flow" focuses on the relationship between breath, movement, and the mind. It is based

on the principles of hatha yoga

where you move continuously and smoothly from one pose to another.

This fluid movement and breathing creates a meditative state,

prompting individuals to

let go of distractions

and focus on the current moment.

 

In flow yoga, each transition

into or out of a posture

is synchronized with your breath.
